Terms & Conditions – Payment & Order Policies
Welcome to Mistico Opus. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions related to payment options, Cash on Delivery, pricing, and security.
- Payment Options
We accept secure online payments through the following modes:
- Domestic & international Visa and MasterCard credit cards
- Visa Debit Cards from select Indian banks (list available at checkout)
- American Express Cards
When paying by card, you will be required to enter:
- Credit Card/Debit Card number
- Expiry date
- CVV/CVC code (3-digit for Visa/MasterCard, 4-digit for Amex)
For enhanced security, please ensure your card is registered with Verified by Visa (VBV) or MasterCard Secure Code (MSC).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available only for domestic orders above ₹500.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please provide an alternative address/contact number by emailing us at contact@misticoopus.com within 48 hours of placing the order.
- If a COD order is returned due to your unavailability or refusal, we will reship it only after you convert it into a prepaid order.
- Customers who refuse COD deliveries twice or more will no longer be eligible for COD in the future and may only place prepaid orders.
- All claims for damages or missing items must be reported to contact@misticoopus.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this time will not be entertained.
- Shipping and billing addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed.
- If you wish to cancel a COD order, please email us with your Order Number on the same day of order placement.
- COD refunds are not issued to the original payment method. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided as a Mistico Opus Online Voucher.
- Pricing Policy
- All product prices listed on our website are current, inclusive of taxes, and displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
- Prices may be updated or revised without prior notice.
- Orders are billed at the price applicable at the time of shipping.
- All products are subject to GST as per Indian law.
- Payment Security
Your security is our priority. All transactions on Mistico Opus are protected using:
- SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption
- Secure Data Encryption (1024-bit process)
This ensures your payment details remain confidential and protected against unauthorized access. At checkout, you can confirm a secure session by checking for the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
- CVV/CVC Code
The Card Verification Value (CVV) or Card Validation Code (CVC) is a security feature required for online transactions.
- For Visa/MasterCard: 3-digit code on the back of your card (signature strip)
- For American Express: 4-digit code on the front of your card
This ensures that the card is physically in your possession, helping prevent fraudulent transactions.
